Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item of clothing, you have 14 days (after receiving the item) to notify us. After you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the item back to us. We will then provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible to cover the postage costs for any return items. However, If an item is faulty, or there has been a mistake while packing your order resulting in the wrong items being delivered, we are happy to refund the cost of the return postage once we have received the item(s) in question. In order to do this, e-mail us a receipt of the postage regarding the unwanted goods to info@flyingdodoclothing.com
